Break from Politics: Building in Dresden Makes Music When it Rains

We need this in Seattle, as we are having rain while the rest of the country is hot and dry.

I saw this on Facebook and posted it there as a photo.  Someone provided the link, and Lady Miss Kier, formerly of Deeelite, said that she likes this "house music."
