Mitt Romney to demolish $12 million mansion, replace with new home four times the size
Romney is planning to demolish his $12 million, 3,009-square-foot oceanfront mansion in tony La Jolla - just north of San Diego - and build a 11,062-square-foot palace in its place, the San Diego Union-Tribune first reported.
