BBC News - Amy Winehouse foundation for addiction planned
Her father revealed this, stating that those who can't afford private rehab facilities can face up to two year waits. One charity disputed this, but there is obviously a need for good rehab. Amy had apparently conquered her drug habit and had been sober for a short period. Toxicology reports aren't completed yet, but she was reported to have emphysema three years ago and at that time her father was very concerned about her smoking.
I did read that sales of Amy's recordings are skyrocketing since her death, as has happened with Michael Jackson and others. It will be nice if a portion of the profits ends up with the Foundation.
