Wonderful photos. I feel like I was there! And now I see the importance and rightness of having the parade moved out of the ghetto and into the mainstream world. Wonderful to see the churches who actively support gay pride.
The first pride parade I ever saw was in downtown in Portland. Just sitting at a sidewalk cafe in downtown P-town one early afternoon. And then, boom, this parade showed up out of no where. It was colorful.
And, well, who is the cutie patootie holding up the shirts in the store? cuuuuttteee! I am used to SF where all gays are adonis and diana types.....
