rome does have doubledecker red buses.

There are doubledecker buses all over Europe, not just in the UK.

Contradictory photo...the bus seems to be passing another bus heading in the opposite direction but the bus heading towards the photographer is on the right , this is ONLY in the UK in Europe , however what makes me doubt its in England is the sun is shining.

The Mayor of London has decreed that Westminster bridge will be closed in the early afternoon on sunny days. This is because a strange phenomenon happens when sunlight passes through the balustrade of the bridge, forming a small army of...well...see for yourself!
