White House Job Offer Rumors: Monica Lewinsky, Roger Clinton, Me?!

Who is author Billy Kimball? Billy Kimball is an American comedian who has worked as a writer for Seinfeld, The Simpsons, and produced The Al Franken Show in 2004. Must be the same guy, right? 

According to Wikipedia, Lewinsky graduated with a master's degree in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics[15] and her thesis was titled “In Search of the Impartial Juror: An Exploration of the Third Person Effect and Pre-Trial Publicity.” 

Roger Clinton's entry reads "Roger Clinton, Jr. (born 1956), half-brother of U.S. President Bill Clinton."  Billy Carter is deceased.  I am still available and waiting for my offer.
